Center TRT developed evaluation logic models and evaluation plans for selected interventions. Each logic model available is based on the Center TRT Evaluation Framework, which incorporates RE-AIM. The evaluation plans available provide guidance on the types of questions that could be asked and types and sources of data for both process and outcome evaluation.
