Goli SuperGreens Gummies Reviews

Does Goli Supergreens Gummies Work?

Goli Supergreens Gummies have Less Than 20x The Ingredients Of Their Competitiors

Goli Supergreens Gummies are a dietary supplement produced by Goli Nutrition. They are uniquely crafted with essential vitamins, nutrients, and minerals, green vegetables, and a probiotic blend, as Kosher, vegan friendly, GMO free, gluten free, gelatin free gummies that can help boost your daily health "from within".

Goli Nutrition claim their supergreen gummies promote healthy immune function and healthy liver function, boost digestive health, encourage healthy energy metabolism, and provide antioxidant support. Unfortunately, upon conducting our Goli Supergreens review, we found that it was far from your best option, as is often the case with gummy supplements like Goli gummies, the doses simply don't compare to a powder or even capsules alternatives.

The key ingredients in Goli Supergreens Gummies are the essential vitamins and minerals vitamin a, vitamin b1, vitamin b3, vitamin b6, vitamin b9, vitamin b12, vitamin b5, magnesium, iron, zinc, and sodium, and a Supergreens & Probiotic Blend of artichoke leaf extract 4:1, spirulina, bacillus subtilis, aloe vera, kale, moringa leaf, broccoli, barley grass, chlorella, parsley, spinach, and celery.

You then have a range of other ingredients solely included to give the gummies their texture and taste, which includes organic cane sugar and organic tapioca syrup.

While many of the ingredients and b vitamins they contain can benefit your health, they are all present in dosages that are far too low for them to do so.

All of the greens are then lumped into a proprietary blend with unproven ingredients to try and hide their dosages, although as we mentioned it's still clear that they're all far too low to have the promised health benefits.

While many customers praise the taste and price of the Goli Supergreens Gummies, even they admit there is little benefit to be gained from using them, sure they're definitely better than no greens at all, but if we compare them against greens powders, which typically contain upwards of 6 grams of ingredients, and Goli supergreen gummies contain around half a gram of greens in 4 Goli gummies.

For context we generally recommend Live It Up as a budget greens options the best greens powder, and it contains around 20 times the active ingredients than Goli, it is a little more expensive, being about $20 a month more, but considering how much more you get for your money it isn't really much of a competition.

This's why we suggest that you don't buy Goli Nutrition supergreens gummies and instead stick to a supergreens blend that actually has enough ingredients to work.

What Do Goli Supergreens Taste Like?

We do have to give it to Goli, they do make nice tasting gummies, so we can't fault them on that front.

A couple of customers did complain about the taste, but in general most reported them tasting good.

Sure they taste a little like greens, but overall the gummies well mask this taste.

Best Super Greens

Goli SuperGreens Gummies Ingredients

Vitamin A (As Retinyl Palmitate) - 226 MCG

Vitamin A is a fat soluble, essential vitamin made from retinal, retinol, retinoic acid, and a collection of provitamin a carotenoids. It is vital for promoting growth in your younger years and then for keeping your eyes, skin, and immune system healthy and functioning as you age.

With the required daily intake of vitamin a being 700 mcg for women and 900 mcg for men though, the 226 mg in each serving of Goli Supergreens Gummies is not strong enough to do anything for anyone (1).

Thiamin (As Thiamin Hydrochloride) - 0.6 MG

Thiamin (vitamin b1) is an essential vitamin that controls the break down of amino acids in the human body. It also helps boost your energy levels and keep you alert, and it's particularly useful for younger people, as it is a vital component for physical growth.

However, as the 0.6 mg present in Goli Supergreens Gummies is only half the recommended daily dosage, it's unlikely to produce any of these effects to a significant degree (2).

Niacin (As Niacinamide) - 1.61 MG

Better known as vitamin B3, niacin plays a role in supporting cognitive functions, keeping the skin, organs, joints, and brain healthy, and reducing bad cholesterol and lowering your overall cholesterol levels.

The problem is, studies show that even the smallest benefits it can offer begin with doses around 16 mg per day, meaning the 1.61 mg in every serving of Goli Supergreens Gummies is completely worthless (3).

Vitamin B6 (As Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) - 0.17 MG

Vitamin b6 is vital for the effective metabolism of amino acids, fat, and glucose, production of neurotransmitters, and health and functions of the immune system and brain.

Unfortunately, as 1.7 mg is the required daily dose to produce these effects, Goli Supergreens Gummies having just 10% of that at 0.17 mg per serving means they are far too weak to be of any use (4).

Folate (As Folic Acid) - 40 MCG DFE (24 MCG Of Folic Acid)

Folic acid, more commonly referred to as vitamin b9, is required for the body to effectively produce DNA, RNA, and testosterone, metabolise amino acids and nutrients, stimulate the growth and repair of bodily tissues, and prevent anaemia, poor sexual health, inflammation, and the degradation of brain cells.

However, as the 24 mcg of folic acid in every serving of Goli Supergreens Gummies is just a tenth of the 240 mcg required per day to produce these effects, its inclusion is worthless (5).

Vitamin B12 (As Cyanocobalamin) - 36 MCG

Vitamin b12 is an essential vitamin that promotes a functioning and healthy nervous system and brain, the production of bone marrow, DNA, nerves, red blood cells, and testosterone, and an optimal metabolic rate, while preventing brain fog, depression, mental decline, mood swings, and other mental health issues.

The problem is, you'll only see these effects if you consume at least 1,000 mcg of vitamin b12 per day (6). As Goli Supergreens Gummies feature just a fraction of this at 36 mcg per serving, its inclusion is essentially worthless.

Pantothenic Acid (As D-Calcium Pantothenate) - 0.5 MG

Pantothenic acid (vitamin b5) is a type of water soluble vitamin that serves a variety of functions, including allowing the metabolism of fatty acids to occur, boosting mental energy, memory, brain health and functions, and neurotransmitter production, and promoting a healthy nervous system (7).

In what is becoming a recurring theme though, 5 mg of pantothenic acid is required to produce these effects, so the 0.5 mg in each serving of Goli Supergreens Gummies is just 10 percent of what's needed and will do nothing.

Iron ( As Ferrous Fumarate) - 2.82 MG

Iron is mineral that controls the growth, health, and strength of your muscles and bones, promotes healthy immune function, regulates your body temperature, improves the production and transport of red blood cells, and can support digestive health.

Yet again though, with the 2.82 mg in each serving of Goli Supergreens Gummies equating to just a fraction of what's required to produce these effects, it simply will not do you any good (8).

Magnesium (As Magnesium Citrate) - 6.3 MG

The mineral magnesium is involved in more than 300 enzyme reactions in our system. It can improve sleep quality and exercise performance, reduce cramping and inflammation, regulate blood pressure and blood sugar levels, optimise heart and muscle health and functions, and help prevent diabetes and depression.

With the minimum daily dosage of magnesium being 320 mg for women and 410 mg for men though, the 6.3 mg in a serving of Goli Supergreens Gummies will do absolutely nothing (9).

Zinc (As Zinc Citrate) - 1.1 MG

Zinc is another essential mineral that's vital to your health, as it can promote growth and DNA synthesis, improve your vision and metabolic rate, reduce inflammation and the signs of aging, and enhance immune functions, wound healing, and blood clotting, provided you take a minimum of 5 mg per day (10).

As Goli Supergreens Gummies only have just over a fifth of this at 1.1 mg per serving, the zinc present here simply will not do you any good.

Sodium - 10 MG

Sodium is a mineral which can enhance nerve impulses, muscular contractions, and the water mineral balance in our body. However, as it is suggested that you must consume around 500 mg each day to produce these effects, the 10 mg in each serving of Goli Supergreens Gummies is pointless (11).

Supergreens & Probiotics Blend - 255 MG

Artichoke Leaf Extract 4:1 (Cynara Scolymus)

Artichoke leaf extract is believed to improve bile secretion and fat digestion and reduce cholesterol levels, although this is not conclusively proven. Even if it is true though, studies suggest the dosage present in Goli Supergreens Gummies is still far too low to be of any use (12).

Spirulina

Spirulina is a blue green algae rich in antioxidants, fatty acids, protein, vitamins, and minerals. It can fight free radicals, prevent oxidative damage, reduce inflammation, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels, boost your metabolic rate and heart health, and suppress your appetite (13).

However, the entire proprietary blend that Goli Supergreens Gummies use is lighter than the 8 grams needed each day to produce these benefits, so its presence is pointless.

Bacillus Subtilis (OPTI-BIOME MB40)

Bacillus subtilis is the primary component of the "probiotic Blend" and it's included to support digestive health. However, as it is one of the less effective probiotics and sits alone in a light proprietary blend, it is unlikely to do you much good in Goli Supergreens Gummies (14).

Aloe Vera

Consuming aloe vera has been shown to improve intestinal mobility, combat constipation, and reduce inflammation and oxidative stress and damage.

Unfortunately, with studies suggesting that 600 mg of aloe vera is required daily to produce these effects, Goli Supergreens Gummies can't possibly contain enough to be of any use (15).

Kale

Kale is a leafy green that is rich in phytochemicals and essential vitamins and minerals which can offer many health benefits, including lowering your cholesterol levels and risk of heart disease (16).

Unfortunately, as you must consume at least 5 grams of kale per day to enjoy its benefits, Goli Supergreens Gummies can't possibly contain enough to be of any use.

Moringa Leaf

Moringa leaf is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatories that help it detoxify the body, neutralise free radicals, and protect the body from harmful chemicals (16). However, as the Goli Nutrition supergreens gummies can't possibly contain this amount, its inclusion is pointless.

Broccoli

Broccoli is a cruciferous green vegetable said to be able to reduce your cholesterol levels (18). However, not only are its effects on your cholesterol levels very mild, but they also require large quantities to produce and have only ever been proven in the fresh vegetable.

This means the broccoli powder in Goli Supergreens Gummies is all but guaranteed to be of no use.

Barley Grass

Barley grass is packed with essential nutrients that can improve your daily health and offer benefits like keeping your heart healthy, promoting fat burning and weight loss, and providing cholesterol and blood sugar control (19).

Like with everything else in the Goli Nutrition supergreens gummies though, it just is not possible for there to be enough present to produce these effects.

Chlorella

Chlorella is a type of chlorophyte green algae full of antioxidants and essential vitamins and minerals. It can boost your energy levels better than sugar, without causing blood sugar spikes, regulate blood sugar and cholesterol levels, fight diseases and illnesses, detoxify the body, and improve your overall health (20).

Unsurprisingly though, as at least 3 grams is needed daily to produce these effects, the Goli Nutrition supergreens gummies can't possibly contain enough to be of any use.

Parsley

Parsley is rich in essential nutrients and antioxidants which can boost your bone, eye, heart, and immune health, fight bacteria, chronic diseases, and viruses, and offer countless other health benefits (21).

The problem is, these benefits have only ever been proven in fresh parsley, so they are unlikely to be replicated in a supplement like the Goli Nutrition supergreens gummies.

Spinach

Spinach is a leafy green rich in essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. It can enhance eye, heart, and immune health and functions, and reduce blood pressure, stress, anxiety, oxidative stress and damage, and the risk of heart disease and some other illnesses (22).

With at least 1 gram being required to do this though and Goli Nutrition supergreens gummies not possibly being able to contain this, its presence is worthless.

Celery

Celery contains antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, and nitrates, all of which can offer so many incredible benefits to the human body. However, as you must consume large amounts of fresh celery to produce these effects, its presence in the Goli Nutrition supergreens gummies won't do you any good (23).
