Does Menofit Work?

Menofit isn't the worst meno supplement, but it's not great either.

MenoFit is a menopause supplement centred around probiotics, vitamins, and minerals. It is said to boost gut and joint health, metabolism, and weight loss, balance mood, provide immune support, and combat common symptoms of menopause, like hot flashes, night sweats, poor cognitive functions.

They even claim it can help women going through perimenopause and menopause get back to their normal selves within the first 90 day cycle if the take the capsules daily, while being completely gluten free and hormone free. Unfortunately, our MenoFit review found that this is simply not the case.

The MenoFit formula consists of a large number of vitamins and minerals, which includes zinc and vitamins b2, b6, b9, b12, c, d, and k. It then also features a number of probiotic strains and natural ingredients that are split into three different proprietary blends.

While many of these ingredients can indeed combat the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, the dosages are all over the place, so they will either do nothing or put you at risk of side effects.

You then also have numerous proprietary blends, which are always a red flag, and ingredients that have not actually been proven to work in a placebo controlled clinical trial.

While a 90 day supply is admittedly quite reasonably priced, that is simply not enough to make it worth buying over other dietary supplements of a similar nature.

This is why we strongly recommend that you do not purchase MenoFit when there are much better menopause supplements avaiable.

Customers Menofit Reviews

MenoFit holds a respectable average rating of 4 out of 5 stars with past users on Amazon. However, most of the positive reviews focus on things like the reviewer feeling less bloated or irritable, which can be attributed to the probiotic portion of the supplement.

On the other hand, the negative reviews either said that it did not effect the symptoms of menopause in any way or even caused side effects like difficulty concentrating, poor energy levels, shortness of breath, nausea, tinnitus, anxiety, fatigue, diarrhoea, and even making night sweats worse.

This seems to support our initial conclusion which was that, while it may be of some use as a probiotic supplement, it will not help combat most of the symptoms of menopause.

Unfortunately the most common negative menofit reviews and even a few that are generally positive about the supplement, say it simply doesn't do anything to help with menopause weight gain as it claims.

Menofit Review Conclusion

MenoFit claims to help women going through perimenopause and menopause combat all of their symptoms without resorting to prescription medications or hormone replacement therapy. However, after closer analysis, it is abundantly clear that it will not affect women's health in the ways it says. While the probiotic content may benefit your gut health, a combination of incorrect dosages, unproven ingredients, proprietary blends, and complaints of side effects mean it can't be trusted.

That is why we suggest you do not buy MenoFit and stick supplements that show that they contain to clinically tested dosages of natural supplements instead, like Estrocare, which we currently rate as the number one option for menopause supplements.

Stacked full of nothing but optimal doses of clinically tested ingredients, Estrocare can actually reduce night sweats, hot flashes, and cortisol levels, and help you maintain a healthy weight, making it one of the only natural treatments women can rely solely on to replace hormone replacement therapy.
