Does Mind Vitality Work?

Fact Checked By Dr Mark Watson M.D.

Mind Vitality Is A Good Nootropic, Not The Best, But It Does Have A Money Back Guarantee.

Mind Vitality is a nootropic supplement that is designed to deliver what it calls the "ignition tri factor". This means it aims to use its complete brain health toolbox to engage your stress kill switch, support memory functions, and provide mental sharpness and focus.

They say this will increase your mental energy, stop procrastination, boost focus, concentration, and creativity, prevent daytime fatigue and brain fog, and maximize mental performance and your daily output, without causing any crashes. The question is, can Mind Vitality really deliver all these cognitive benefits?

The formula of Mind Vitality consists of lion's mane mushroom, bacopa monnieri, n-acetyl l-tyrosine, choline, ashwagandha, rhodiola extract, Korean ginseng, phosphatidylserine, mucuna Extract, pine bark extract, ginkgo biloba, huperzia serrata, vitamin b1, vitamin b3, vitamin b6, vitamin b9, and vitamin b12.

All of these are natural ingredients and every one indeed has evidence to suggest that it can improve your cognitive function and brain focus. Mind Vitality is, unfortunately, not without its flaws in this area though.

While some of the ingredients in Mind Vitality tablets need more research to conclusively prove just how well they will benefit things like your mental energy, Mind Vitality also has other ingredients that are present in dosages lower than is needed to produce the maximum results that they are capable of.

The entire Mind Vitality supplement formula is vegan friendly, gluten free, and made without the use of any GMOs, meaning it can safely be used by the vast majority of people. The reasonable price tag and 100 day money back guarantee make it equally suitable for people who are worried about spending money as well.

When you put it all together, consuming Mind Vitality and its ignition tri factor is a good choice for people who want to prevent brain fog and improve their mental endurance while on a budget.

That said, if you are willing to spend a little more, we would still recommend you try Hunter Focus instead, as it is far more effective while costing just barely more than bottles of Mind Vitality do. To put it simply Hunter is more comprehensive, it's a 6 pill a day supplement rather than a 3 and the reason is simply that there's more in it.

Mind Vitality Customer Reviews

As a relatively new nootropic supplement that is only available on the Mind Vitality official website, Mind Vitality reviews from past customers are quite hard to come by. This is especially true as the official website doesn't even have a review feature. We did find a couple of people asking questions about it on reddit, and whether or not we'd count a few users saying it works well as full mind vitality reddit reviews is questionable.

However, when scouring the internet, it popped up in a couple of forums and the Mind Vitality reviews that we did manage to find were all very positive, and people generally felt that consuming Mind Vitality provided obvious benefits to their brain health.

Our Experience With Mind Vitality

We had two of our testers try Mind Vitality for a month, swapping out from normally taking Hunter Focus, and both reported minimal difference with the exception of a slighlty lower energy boost. This is actually quite high praise as normally the results of most nootropics don't even come close to hunter.

Mind Vitality Ingredients

Lion's Mane Mushroom Extract 500mg - Lion's mane is a tooth fungus used in booth cooking and traditional medicine, as they boast a distinctive taste and texture and offer a wide variety of health benefits. The lion's mane mushroom can improve cognitive function, cognitive performance, concentration, memory, and focus, boost immune system health, enhance blood flow to the brain cells and help them grow, aid nerve growth factor (NGF), prevent age related mental decline and inflammation, and do so much more (1). With 500 mg of lion's mane mushroom seen as the optimal dosage, the amount used in Mind Vitality Focus can provide all of these benefits.

Bacopa Monnieri 300mg - Bacopa monnieri extract is from an aquatic plant native to the tropics. Long used in various types of traditional medicine, due to the health benefits it is said to offer, it is claimed to enhance mental function, relieve stress and anxiety, and combat a variety of mental and physical health issues (2). With 300 mg again being a reasonable dosage, it should also be able to provide notable cognitive benefits in Mind Vitality Focus.

N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine 250mg - N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine is an amino acid derivative of the amino acid tyrosine, which controls your blood neurotransmitter levels. Studies have shown it is very good at providing stress resilience, improving physical and mental performance and endurance, and helping to reduce mental fatigue and tiredness. Admittedly, the dosage present in Mind Vitality Focus is a little lower than is ideal, however it should still be enough to provide a decent number of brain health benefits (3).

Choline 250mg - Choline is a chemical that can offer brain health benefits, such as being able to enhance memory recall and retention, brain signals, focus, learning, motivation, and overall cognitive performance, while also offering physical benefits like improving muscle contractions, fat loss, nutrient metabolism, and cholesterol levels. The amount present in Mind Vitality Focus makes it a good way to enhance cognitive performance (4).

Ashwagandha 200mg - Ashwagandha is an extract from the roots of the winter cherry shrub that has long been used in ayurvedic medicine. It is often added to a nootropic supplement as it is said to support your body's stress response, ease anxiety, and improve sleep quality, mental health, memory, focus, and concentration levels. It is then also said to offer physical health benefits too, like reducing blood sugar levels and fat storage and boosting muscle size, strength, athletic performance, fat loss, heart health, testosterone levels, female sexual functions, and male fertility. Admittedly, the dosage in Mind Vitality is a little on the low side, but it should still be strong enough to be of some use (5).

Rhodiola Extract 200 MG - Rhodiola extract comes from the roots of the rhodiola rosea plant, an adaptogen said to contain over 140 different micronutrients. Long used in herbal medicine, there are claims it can activate the stress kill switch to combat anxiety and depression, prevent mental fatigue and inflammation, boost mental energy levels, brain focus, cognitive function, concentration, metabolic processes, mood, and your overall health, and treat certain illnesses (6). However, studies show only 50 mg is required to produce these effects, so the 200 mg present in Mind Vitality may be too strong and could cause issues like dizziness, dry mouth, and the possibility of negative interactions with other drugs in your system.

Korean Ginseng 100MG - Ginseng is an extract made from the roots of plants in the panax family. Long used in traditional medicines worldwide, it is included in Mind Vitality as it can boost brain function, mood, testosterone levels, and immune health, and treat low mental energy, erectile dysfunction, and conditions like diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, and fibromyalgia (7).

Phosphatidylserine 100MG - Phosphatidylserine is a fatty substance known to promote healthy brain function, combat stress and age related cognitive decline, and boost cognitive performance and memory formation. However, studies do show that it is really only beneficial for the elderly or people who don't get enough in their diet, so how much it will benefit you in Mind Vitality will vary from person to person (8).

Mucuna Extract 75MG - Mucuna extract comes from the velvet bean that contains precursors to the neurotransmitters dopamine and serotonin. It can boost your brain power, repair damaged brain cells, and prevent issues like Parkinson's disease. There is even evidence that it can improve sperm concentration and mobility, combat diabetes, and be used as an anti-venom. The only issue is, studies have yet to determine how much is needed to produce these effects, so it is impossible to know if the dose present in Mind Vitality will be useful or not (9).

Pine Bark Extract 75MG - Pine extract comes from the bark of maritime pine trees, contains a range of antioxidants, phytonutrients, polyphenols, and vitamins, and is best known for its ability to reduce inflammation and boost heart health. However, it can also improve mental focus and functions, treat ADHD, stop age related mental decline and the development of conditions like Alzheimer's disease, keep the skin, joints, bones, and blood healthy, prevent erectile dysfunction, and give you more energy (10). With 75 mg of pine extract being the optimal dose, Mind Vitality should deliver all of these benefits to an optimal degree.

Ginkgo Biloba 50MG - Ginkgo biloba leaf extract is an antioxidant and anti inflammatory long used in traditional Chinese medicine that is said to boost heart, eye, and brain health and functions. There are claims that it will improve your vision, circulation, memory recall, blood flow to the brain, mental clarity, concentration, and mental performance, while preventing oxidative stress and neurotoxic effects (11). However, ginkgo biloba is known to be more effective in slightly higher dosages, so it won't have as big of an effect on overall cognitive function compared to some other nootropics.

Huperzia Serrata 200 MCG - Huperzia serrata is a firmoss extract some studies say can prevent neurotransmitter breakdown, cognitive decline, and the development of conditions like Alzheimer's disease, while helping to enhance cognitive function, sleep quality, and memory (12). The only issue is, most of these studies are still in their infancy, so it is unclear exactly how beneficial it will be in Mind Vitality.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine HCL) 100 MG - Vitamin b1 is an essential vitamin that promotes growth and the break down of amino acids. It is useful in a nootropic supplement as it can boost your mental energy levels and help keep you alert. However, the dosage of vitamin b1 present in Mind Vitality tablets is way too strong, as it contains 100 mg while 1.5 mg of vitamin b1 listed as the maximum safe daily dose. This puts you at risk of experiencing side effects (13).

Vitamin B3 (Niacin) 12.5 MG - Vitamin B3 will support cognitive function, and skin, organ, joint, and brain health, and lower cholesterol levels when consumed in doses up to 16 mg per day. This means the 12.5 mg in each serving of Mind Vitality will provide both its physical and cognitive benefits to an almost optimal level (14).

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 5 MG - Vitamin b6 is required for the metabolism of amino acids, fat, and glucose, production of neurotransmitters, and for improving immune health, brain functioning, and overall mental clarity. Again though, studies suggest 1.7 mg is the maximum safe daily dose. With Mind Vitality tablets containing 5 mg per serving, it is far too strong and may cause some side effects (15).

Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid) 100 MCG - Vitamin b9 stimulates DNA, RNA, and testosterone production, amino acid and nutrient metabolism, and bodily tissue growth and repair. This will prevent anaemia and its symptoms, poor sexual health, and the inflammation and degradation of brain cells when you take does up to 240 mcg per day. This makes the 100 mcg in each serving of Mind Vitality ideal to safely support brain health (16).

Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) 5 MCG - Vitamin b12 is an essential vitamin that supports the brain's ability to function and develop. Taking it in a supplement will improve your production of bone marrow, DNA, nerves, red blood cells, and testosterone, boost your metabolic rate, and eliminate brain fog, depression, mental decline, mood swings, and issues like vascular dementia and Alzheimer's disease. To provide all of these key benefits effectively though, you need to take 1,000 mcg of vitamin b12 per day (17). This means the 5 mcg in doses of Mind Vitality is too low and not likely to deliver the full effects it is capable of.
