Healthy food options in a university cafeteria were identified as budget-friendly, energizing, sensory/taste, time efficient/convenient (BEST) selections through signs posted at the entrance to the cafeteria and labels next to the food items.


An intervention that provides detailed calorie and nutrient content information at the point-of-decision in hospital cafeterias to help consumers make more informed decisions about food/beverage purchases.
